Founder & CEO
Ana has 15+ years of hospitality experience spanning operations, management, training, strategy, brand development and hospitality technology. During this time, she also gained significant industry experience across many cities, including NYC, Sydney, Dublin and Edinburgh.
Ana built the initial ON EXPO prototype based on firsthand operational experience and leads the company’s product vision, customer relationships, and company strategy.

Founding CTO & Technical Lead
Tony is the former CTO at Resy and has significant experience as an engineer and software architect over a three-decade career.
He leads the company’s team of engineers and oversees technical architecture, production development and platform security strategies.

Chris is the business development and partnerships leader with startup experience leading teams, building sales and GTM playbooks from scratch, heading expansion efforts and developing revenue strategies.
He leads ON EXPO’s commercial strategy, early customer acquisition, partnerships, sales pipeline, onboarding and development of a repeatable GTM strategy.
