Product Overview

Your internal hospitality management hub.

ON EXPO is your internal hospitality management hub. It connects the people, information and daily workflows of a hospitality business in one clear environment so your team no longer needs to bounce between 6 to 8 disconnected tools just to get the day started.

Hospitality operations routinely live in a patchwork of scheduling software, payroll systems, messaging apps, shared drives, paper training materials, event spreadsheets and inventory lists. The result is fragmented knowledge and no single, reliable source of truth. ON EXPO is designed to sit across the systems you already use — it becomes the connective layer that keeps managers, departments, and frontline staff aligned.

Core Workflows

The ON EXPO platform focuses on the workflows teams touch every single day

Scheduling

Clear, up-to-date schedules that managers can manage and employees can access without friction.

Messaging & announcements

Direct communication that reaches the right people at the right time, reducing the scatter of texts, WhatsApp groups, and email threads.

Pre-shift briefings

A recurring ritual that surfaces the information the team needs before service begins. Specials, events, staffing notes, and operational updates in one place.

Time & pay transparency

Visibility of hours and pay information so employees can see what they need without chasing managers or paper records.

Employee portal

A simple, reliable home base where staff find schedules, announcements, training materials, and operational knowledge.

Onboarding and training materials live alongside the daily tools, so new hires and ongoing education stay connected to the same environment the team already uses.

Events and inventory workflows, along with menu information, sit in the same hub so managers and staff can reference them without jumping between separate systems.

How It Works

One Place for Everything That Keeps Your Venue Running

Information flows between management, employees, and departments without requiring everyone to learn how to use another isolated app. Managers publish schedules, announcements, and pre-shift notes once. Employees open the same tool to see what applies to them. Departments stay coordinated because the operational knowledge lives in one place instead of being scattered across drives, texts, emails and paper.

ON EXPO is built to work alongside the tools venues already rely on. It does not demand that restaurants replace their POS, payroll provider, or reservation system. Instead, it creates a practical internal layer that makes the existing stack easier to operate day to day. The goal is usefulness without disruption: get the daily rituals working first, then expand connections over time.

Looking Ahead

One Connected Hub. A More Coordinated Team

Looking further ahead, the long-term vision is to grow from a single-venue operating hub into a broader connected platform. Planned directions include deeper integrations with the systems operators already use, multi-location visibility for groups that run more than one site, and AI-supported operational intelligence that helps surface patterns and insights.

These capabilities are part of the roadmap, not features available in the current prototype or production MVP. The near-term focus remains on proving daily value, earning employee adoption, and becoming the internal source of truth for each location. Once that foundation is solid, the product can expand through integrations, multi-location tools, advanced workflows, and enterprise features in a measured way.
