Our Mission
ON EXPO exists to give hospitality businesses a single internal operating environment that connects their people, information and daily workflows. We are building the connective layer that helps teams stay aligned, gives managers time to lead and provides owners clearer control over the operation.

The Problem We’re Solving
Hospitality teams routinely run across 6 to 8 disconnected tools: scheduling, payroll, messaging apps, SOPs, training materials, event plans, menus and inventory lists. The result is fragmented operational knowledge and no reliable internal source of truth. Managers spend time repeating instructions and chasing details; staff search across platforms or rely on word of mouth; important information gets lost between shifts and departments. Everyday work becomes harder than it needs to be.

Our Approach
Rather than asking restaurants, bars and hospitality groups to replace every system of record, ON EXPO is designed to sit across the tools they already use. It becomes the shared internal hub where schedules, communications, pre-shift briefings, employee information, training, events, menus and related operational details live together. The focus is on the daily rituals that keep a venue running so teams can find what they need in one place and stay coordinated throughout the day.

Hospitality operations remain highly fragmented, yet the technology landscape has shifted. Practical integrations, AI-supported tools and strong language-translation capabilities now make a connected internal layer realistic and useful. These advances open a clear opportunity to reduce friction for frontline teams and give operators better visibility and control without disrupting the systems that already work for them.
